Foodie Friday: Recipe - Blueberry Rolls

Hello! Lovelies
For awhile know I've been really wanting something with Blueberries and last week at my local grocery store Organic Blueberries were on sale so I thought now would be the perfect time to whip up a Blueberry recipe.
And these are what I came up with. They are delicious and easy to make. You just need basic baking ingredients and a little free time.

You'll need:
1 Stick Butter
1 3/4 cup Milk
4 1/2 teaspoons Dried yeast
1 cup Sugar
4 cups Flour
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 stick Butter
1/4 cup Brown sugar
1/4 cup White sugar
1/2 cup Blueberries
1 Egg
1/4 cup Confectioners/Powder Sugar
1 tablespoon Butter
2-3 teaspoons Milk
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
In a small sauce pan melt butter on medium to low heat. Once melted add in your milk and let sit until the temperature is lukewarm.
While your waiting for you milk to heat up. Grab a large mixing bowl and add: flour, sugar, salt & dried yeast. Mix together. Once milk is heated add to your dry ingredients and mix. Once thoroughly combined flour a clean surface and knead dough for 4 minutes. Place in a clean blow and cover with plastic wrap and a tea towel, place in a dark area of the kitchen for 45 minutes.
For the filling: Mix room temp butter, white sugar, & brown sugar until it becomes like a paste.
Once dough has rested flour clean surface and cut dough in half. Roll out until its around 2-3mm in thickness. Spread out half your filling mixture and then sprinkle berries on top. Then roll up dough. Cute into 1 inch pieces and place on a greased pie pan or cake pan. You can bake them in whatever you have.
Beat 1 egg and brush on top of rolls.
Optional: Sprinkle some extra White sugar on top for an extra crunch.
1/4 cup Confectioners/Powder Sugar

1 tablespoon Butter
2-3 teaspoons Milk
1 Teaspoon Vanilla

Mix and drizzle on top.
Place in a pre-heated oven at 350 °F for around 25 minutes or until golden brown.
