My Local Farmers Market

Hello

Today was our local farmers market day. This is the first time I've went this season, Which they said a lot of the produce was the first pick of the year. So everything was farm fresh!
Which is always a bonus. I love shopping local and supporting the local farmers. The stand I always make a b line for first is Miller Farms they always have a huge selection and you can stuff as much as you can in a bag for $10. The Miller family farm has been a staple in Northern CO for years. They've been around since the 1940s. And in today's world I believe if you've lasted that long you must be doing something right.

What I picked up:

For $10 I got

2 Yellow Zucchini
2 Green Zucchini
3 Medium Onions
2 Gorgeous Tomato's
10 Peppers
Lots of Green Beans

Also from other vendors we picked up some Raspberry jam made out of Durango,CO and Kettle Corn cause you can't leave with out some kettle corn.

I just love this time of year when their is so much fresh Colorado grown produce.

Do you visit your local farmers market?

Love,Emily
