Christmas DIY: Snow & Glitter Personalized Name Ornaments

Hello! Lovelies

Can you smell it?! The snow is starting to fall and the air is crisp with the smell of pine. The holidays have arrived. Now for us Americas we still have a few days until the official kick off of the Christmas season ( that's called Black Friday were we fight for TV's and Ipads all in the name of Holiday spirit.) aren't we a silly bunch of people. So that means once the turkey is ate and the family have gone home it's time to begin trimming the tree.
And nothing says the holidays like a nice DIY. I love making things during Christmas whether they are crafts or baked goods. Making them for myself or friends & family is always fun.

So today I thought I would share with you a very simple DIY that can be personalized and given to your loved one as a thoughtful and affordable gift.

You'll need:

Glass Ornaments
Scrapbook Stickers (Letters or others you like, I bought deer and stars too.)
Craft Snow
Glitter
Metal Ornament Hooks

1. Start off by choosing what type of ornament you want. The craft stores have many clear glass ornaments in all different shapes and sizes. I picked large circle and small flat ones. 2. Pick what you want on your ornament. I used gold stickers because they look chic & classic. I arranged the two smaller ornaments with initials in monogram style. Also I wrote out a name on the larger ornament. 3. I then filled the insides with craft snow and glitter. And some with just snow.

These ornaments are very easy and don't take long to make nor do you need to be crafty. You can make these using any font or color. Also you can add other stickers along with the letters, I might add some little deer to others I plan on making as gifts for friends and neighbors.

I hope you enjoyed this DIY. If you make any of this style of ornament I would love to see what you come up with. You can tag me on Instagram or Twitter @ChicCountryGirl

I hope you have a wonderful week and a fantastic Thanksgiving.
